It's rather easy because every person here has a vital role in building this company, regardless of position - so we ensure that each person knows where VED is going and how they fit in to getting it there.
3. We provide in-house training on a daily basis allowing you to grow to your full potential and to fine-tune your skills either technically or administratively. In addition to specific job training, every staff member goes through a training line up on Marketing, Search Engine Marketing, and more. In time every member of our group knows their job cold and becomes an expert in this field.
4. We have the coolest office environment. An awesome color scheme from the reception area - to our design and development studio. Every room is a different color accented in black, something you'd expect to see in California or New York. Plus, we're a block from the water and we have lots of parking on the premises.

Many of our staff are self-taught, and some are straight out of school and then polished here. We have high expectations, but we have found that many people will measure up to those expectations when given a hand and challenged to do so.
